In observance of the 86th Veterans Day holiday, the West Palm Beach City Hall and Mandel Public Library will be closed, on Monday, Nov. 11, 2024. City Hall will reopen at 8 a.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 12, and the Mandel Library at 9:30 a.m. Trash collection will continue on schedule.
