Announcing the 2024 West Palm Beach GreenMarket Master Chef

Winner, Winner – Duck Dinner!

On Saturday, April 6, 2024, Chef and owner of Palm Beach Catering, Joey Leuze, was crowned the first-ever West Palm Beach GreenMarket Master Chef. The bracket-style competition began on the Market's Opening Day on October 7, 2023, and was held the first Saturday of every month throughout the season.

Chef Joey Leuze chopped, sautéed and impressed judges through tough competition from local chefs and GreenMarket vendors. Each round challenged his culinary skills across different cuisines, such as Asian, Mediterranean and more. For the final round, Chef Leuze’s preparation of duck in six unique ways delighted the judge’s taste buds, leading to a winning title.

Congratulations to semi-finalist Chef Eddy Zapil of Fern Street Kitchen and thank you to all the chefs who participated in our first-ever Master Chef Showcase!
