Developer Outreach

Periodically, the Development Services Department holds an outreach meeting with developers, property and business owners, planners, architects, engineers, realtors, etc. to provide a "state of the city" to those who are interested in the current status of development within the community.; These outreach meetings include:

• Discussions on the changes in the Development Services Department, such as personnel additions or modifications.
• A fiscal update on the department and development within the city.
• Status of projects that have recently been completed, those that are underway, and projects that are in the pipeline.

In addition to providing updates, the outreach meetings are offered as a way to foster a public-private partnership between the development community and the city.
